RETURNS
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Items returned unopened in their original packaging are eligible for an exchange, store credit, or a refund, minus a 10% restocking fee. Refunds are issued according to the original payment method. The product must be returned within 10 business days of RMA issuance. All returns must include original packaging, accessories, manuals, documentation, and registration materials.

A 15% open box fee, in addition to the 10% restocking fee (totaling 25%), will apply to any product that has been opened or removed from its original packaging. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and the restocking fees are based on the item’s original cost.

Certain products are non-returnable. If you experience an issue with these items, please contact the manufacturer directly.

We recommend using a carrier with shipment tracking and insuring or declaring the full value of the package to protect against loss or damage. If you choose not to do so, you assume responsibility for any shipping issues. The United States Postal Service (USPS) has limited tracking capabilities and requires a 30-calendar-day waiting period before initiating a trace. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and shipping charges on refused shipments.

CUSTOM ORDERS
All custom orders require full payment upfront and are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Please confirm your order before placing it. We invest time and resources in processing each order. Orders canceled during our 1-10 business day processing and shipping period (or any posted lead time) will incur a 10% cancellation fee. Custom orders cannot be canceled.

SHIPPING
We only ship accessories within the United States. Flat-rate shipping fees vary based on item type and size and cover most shipments within the lower 48 states. Additional shipping fees may apply for orders to Alaska and Hawaii. Customers unwilling to pay additional charges will have their orders canceled and refunded.

Shipping restrictions:

  • Guam, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Territories: No firearm or accessory shipments.

  • Hawaii & Alaska: Additional charges may apply.

For special shipping instructions, please contact UPS or USPS directly. We cannot control package placement upon delivery.

CONSUMER DATA PRIVACY
We respect your privacy and protect your information. Credit card billing, shipping, and contact details are required for order processing and are stored for accounting purposes only. We do not share your information with third parties unrelated to the transaction. The checkout process is secured via SSL encryption.

Credit card information is directly processed by our payment provider and is never stored or recorded on our servers. Transactions occur through a secure SSL-encrypted connection, ensuring the highest level of security.

SECURE TRANSMISSION
All checkout data is transmitted using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology with 128-bit encryption. SSL encryption establishes a secure link between the website and your browser to maintain data privacy and security.

ORDER FULFILLMENT & PROCESSING
Orders ship from our warehouse or in-store inventory within 3–10 business days via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Tracking numbers for UPS and FedEx shipments are available upon request. Processing times may be extended during holidays.

Orders marked 'Completed' indicate that the shipping label has been generated and is awaiting pickup. Orders typically depart our facility around 4 PM CST.

ONLINE PRICE & DESCRIPTION ERRORS
Our online inventory is updated daily, but errors may occur in item descriptions, prices, or images. We do not guarantee that listings are error-free. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to inaccuracies. If an order is canceled, the customer will not be charged or will be refunded.

If an item is listed at an incorrect price and an order is placed, we will contact the customer before processing. If an incorrectly priced item ships, we may request its return in unopened condition for a refund. By placing an order, the customer agrees that Cryptid Hardware has the final authority on discrepancies in the online catalog.
